Background

CPB Contractors and UGL Engineering required compact, high-performance piping systems for use within Sydney Metro’s underground tunnelling operations.

Challenge

Tunnel environments require tight tolerances and non-standard component geometries. Antec Fire was tasked with supplying and fabricating components tailored to the project’s bespoke layout and limited spatial allowances.

Solution

We supplied all essential consumables and tooling for on-site installation, while our fabrication team produced custom pipe supports and spools using precise 3D models and CNC-cut components.

Implementation

All fabrications were reviewed and approved against digital models and tested for alignment and fit prior to dispatch. On-site delivery was aligned with tunnelling crews' operational timelines.
